Your Personal Data

We respect the privacy of our members and the privacy of their personal data. All user information submitted to S3Dashboard are governed by our Terms of Use. While Digital Marketing Ltd, parent company of S3Dashboard owns the data storage, databases and the S3Dashboard.com Site, you retain all rights to your data. We will never sell, share or reveal any of your personal data to any other third-party organization.

What Data Do We Collect?

We collect the e-mail addresses and certain personally identifiable information of those who register for a user account on S3Dashboard, or communicate with us via e-mail. We also collect certain aggregate information regarding which pages users access or visit, and information submitted by the users in surverys, quizzes and competitions.

When you register for a user account on S3Dashboard we ask for the following information: your name and email address. Users who sign up for the premium service will be redirected to PayPal to make a transaction, and as such, we do not store any Credit Card or other data from the transaction.

We may also collect and analyze usage statistics from visitors, including but is not limited to web site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system.

Use of Information

We may use personal information to provide and improve the services you have registered for. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve the S3Dashboard Site. We may provide non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information derived from the actions of our visitors and Account holders to third parties in order to demonstrate the value we deliver to users.

The information we collect will never be shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes. However, we may be required to share your data under the following circumstances:

  • if it becomes necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law; or

Each Account holder is assigned a unique user name and password, which is required to access their account. It is the responsibility of each user to protect the security of their login information. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data. Digital Marketing Ltd can make NO GUARANTEE CAN BE MADE THAT YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA WILL BE SECURE FROM INTRUSIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE TO THIRD PARTIES.

Cancellation or Termination of your Account

If you choose to cancel your Account, or your Account is terminated because of your breach of the Terms of Use, please be aware that we may retain residual information in our database in the event you wish to reactivate your account.

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

As a business service, we do not target or knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years of age.

Accessing and Updating Personal Information

When you use the S3Dashboard Site, we make every effort to provide you with access to your personal information and the opportunity to correct this data if it is inaccurate. You may update your Account information by logging into your Account. Any requests with regard to personal information, must come from the user's registered email address, and we ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or where user fail to sufficiently prove their identity.

Changes to this Policy

Digital Marketing may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a prominent notice on the S3Dashboard Site and by sending a notice to the email address specified in your Account. We do not intend to reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor.
